To save us both time and resources, and increase satisfaction, we use Zapier to automate as much as possible. With multi-step workflows connecting multiple apps, our onboarding process happens easily and instantaneously. Why are we telling you this? Automation is part of our service offering. We can do this for your company too. When you sign off on our digital proposal, this triggers multi-step workflows.

First, your payment schedule is automatically handled, then Zapier creates a folder in Google Drive for you. Within that folder, Zapier creates a Google Doc questionnaire. This questionnaire covers everything from the startup’s mission and values to what sort of assistance you need. It paints a full picture for our team and lets us get started on achieving your goals PureRaid. Next, Zapier will send you out a welcome email, which includes a link to the Google Doc. The email says hello, provides instructions and guidance, and introduces you to our team. Once sent, the flow adds a row to Google Sheets, creating a log of clients’ requests and the price paid.

After adding the client to Google Sheets, Zapier creates a board in Asana. Asana is our chosen project management tool. We have Zapier set up to add a checklist to Asana, so we can keep track of each task and requirement. Our team use Asana for projects and tasks, to give us everything we need to stay in sync, hit deadlines, and reach your goals.

The multi-step workflow has one last step: Updating our team to let us know everything went off without a hitch and we have a new client. With this workflow, we have automated the entirety of our client onboarding process—from collecting client information to adding them to the database and sending our clients all the relevant emails.

While we use Webhooks by Zapier to grab the purchase information, you can swap that out for your favourite form app, payment collector, or even try out webhooks.
