With today’s response from governments around the world to the coronavirus (COVID-19) having progressed, we want to update you on the measures we are taking at PureRapid to ensure continuity of service.
Nothing is more important to us than health. Preventing the spread of COVID-19 is, therefore, a key priority during this difficult time. Let’s take the advice of the government, apply our common sense and flatten the curve as soon as possible.
As a remote agency, we already have systems in place to ensure that our team is able and encouraged to self-isolate and work from home, without compromising the service we offer.
We want to stress that our team will still be active and reachable via the usual channels throughout this period. We will be responding to emails, answering your calls, active on slack, setting up conference calls and video calls as needed. Whatever happens, when it comes to your relationship with us, it’s business as usual.
In order to help contain the spread of the virus, we have paused all planned travel and are limiting our in-person engagements for as long as directed by our government with immediate effect. Our teams will, therefore, be encouraging the use of video conferencing as an alternative to in-person meetings in order to limit physical interaction.
